      <image:caption>In a collaborative effort with M&amp;T Bank, the University at Buffalo, the City of Buffalo, and the NFTA Metro, free public Wi-Fi was installed in downtown Buffalo to aid the creation of a more tech-savvy city. The project led to the development of style guidelines, a logo, a self-sustaining landing page that offers visitors various ways to engage with the exciting attractions the City of Buffalo has to offer. The design of the website and logo was inspired by the life of the city. Colors were derived from Buffalo’s enthusiastic sports teams, while typography and icon choices were made based on legibility. The logo’s design was inspired by a bronze buffalo statue that is showcased in the window of a local business on Main Street in downtown Buffalo. Then, using behavior scripts, I was able to trigger the ring’s motion when a user starts recording to encourage content capture and sharing.
